Matthew Kennedy
Matt Kennedy is the founder and Managing Partner of Converge. Previously, Matt served in senior roles in the Obama Administration at the Department of Commerce, Department of the Treasury, and the White House. As the Director of the Office of Strategic Partnerships at Commerce, Matt worked closely with the Overseas Private Investment Corporation and Export-Import Bank of the United States to develop innovative public-private partnerships with leading trade organizations and several Fortune 500 businesses. Matt graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. in Management Science and Engineering and holds an M.B.A. from Harvard University. He sits on the board of the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights and John F. Kennedy Presidential Library Foundation.

Cape Cod Water Partnership
CAPE COD, MA
Converge acquired the water & wastewater systems on Joint Base Cape Cod from the United States Air Force through a first of its kind Exchange Agreement. American States Utility Services (ASUS) is providing water and wastewater service to the Base under a long-term contract.
Converge working with the upper Cape Cod community to expand the wastewater system to better meet local needs.
Cranston Calvert
NEWPORT, RI
Converge worked hand-in-hand with the City, and local developer BCM Realty
Cranston Calvert is a full gut-renovation and repurposing of a 50,000 square foot elementary school. The building consists of 34 residential units and 64 onsite parking spaces.
Cranston Calvert is the perfect solution for Newport’s workforce housing, providing an ideal and efficient housing solution for both young professionals as well as the aging community that may be downsizing to a vibrant part of the City. .
The Project enabled the City to reach its goals outlined in the Newport City Comprehensive Plan.
Smart Parking
USA & MIDDLE EAST
Converge has partnered with CivicSmart to establish a novel on-street metering and parking enforcement as a services model for municipalities in North America and internationally. The innovative technology and third party financing structure eliminates the need for large capital investment while increasing revenue for city budgets representing a true public private partnership
Chicken Litter
NEBRASKA, USA
Converge is developing onsite chicken litter processing business in partnership with Sky View Ventures and Gallus Capital.
Our solution guarantees the fastest adoption of the climate smart production technology by poultry producers across the US as it reduces potential financial burdens on the farmers associated with capital investment programs. The project includes twin benefits of lower energy costs: hydrocarbon substitutions and revenue share on the sale of the resulting climate smart bespoke fertilizer. These create strong incentives for all poultry producers to adapt similar best practices.
In short, we save farmers money, reduce C02 emissions and create jobs.
State Wide Public Safety System
BRAZIL
The project includes the implementation of an Integrated Emergency Response System, enhanced with partnering systems for Crisis Management, cellular geo-localization, and video management systems. Agencies involved would include Law enforcement, Fire, Ambulance and Civil defense.
The architecture of the project includes the construction of 2 Primary Call Centers (PSAPS), and approximately 30 to 50 Secondary Dispatch Centers.
